Hi, I’m Zulma.
““Healing doesn’t mean never hurting again. It means learning to meet yourself kindly, even in the hurt — and that changes everything.””
“You don’t have to repeat what you grew up with. Healing from dysfunction is the quiet revolution of choosing differently — one response at a time.”
🌿My Coaching Philosophy🌿
I believe every woman has the power to shift her energy, calm her reactions, and create a life that feels grounded, soft, and fully hers — even if she comes from a chaotic or dysfunctional past.
My coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you remember who you were before life taught you to live in survival mode.
Through self-awareness, emotional mastery, and nervous system regulation, I help women go from constantly triggered to deeply unbothered — one aligned shift at a time.
I guide with heart, lived experience, and practical tools that work in real life. Together, we don’t just talk about healing — we embody it. We create calm routines, shift old beliefs, and rebuild self-trust so you can show up differently in your relationships, your decisions, and your daily life.
I believe healing can be gentle. I believe you can be soft and powerful at the same time.
And I believe the calm, confident, unbothered version of you already exists — she just needs a clear path back.
🦄 The Unicorn Shift Promise 🦄
This isn’t a place for quick fixes or healing hype.
It’s a space for slow, sustainable transformation — rooted in compassion, not pressure.
I believe:
Healing unfolds in layers, not straight lines.
Your emotions aren’t problems to solve — they’re messengers to honor.
You don’t need to be “fixed” — you just need a safe space to come home to yourself.
True peace isn’t something we chase or buy — it’s something we remember, reconnect with, and gently build from within.
Everything I share comes from lived experience, professional training, and a deep respect for your pace, your process, and your power.
You don’t have to perform healing here.
You just get to be real — and held.
My journey to freedom from dysfunctional patterns ignited a deep passion within me — a passion for the transformational power of mindset, nervous system healing, and energy work. I’ve learned firsthand that emotional mastery isn’t just about personal peace — it’s the foundation for building healthy relationships, feeling safe in your body, and creating real, lasting change.
I know the pain of living in survival mode — constantly reactive, overwhelmed, and disconnected from your true self. I’ve felt the weight of carrying trauma that wasn’t mine, and the exhaustion of pretending to be okay while chaos brewed inside. It can feel isolating, but I want you to know: you’re not alone. I’ve been in your shoes, and I’m here to show you that calm, confidence, and emotional safety are not only possible — they are your birthright.
That’s why I’m so deeply committed to helping women who grew up in dysfunction shift from being emotionally triggered to feeling grounded, soft, and unbothered. Together, we work to release old survival patterns and build the emotional safety and self-trust needed to finally feel free.
To support this work, I’ve studied extensively and earned certifications in hypnosis, mindset, brain health, attachment styles, somatic healing, and more. In my world, spirituality and science flows together with ease. These tools allow me to offer a holistic approach to transformation — one that combines professional training with the deep wisdom gained through personal healing.
Because what I’ve found is that experience is the best teacher. My journey has shaped me just as much as any certification, and it’s this blend of lived insight and soul work that fuels my passion for guiding you through your own shift — gently, powerfully, and in your own timing.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that healing is possible — not because I became perfect, but because I chose to keep returning to myself.”
